SENDIASS Annual Survey

SEND Voices Wokingham, have been asked to gather your views on SENDIASS and the information, advice and support services that are currently available to children & young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their parents in the Wokingham Borough. In addition we would also like your views on how these services could look in the future. The results will be anonymised and shared with SENDIASS to help them determine how they can best meet your needs in the future.
