SEND Voices Wokingham (Wokingham's independent Parent Carer Forum) would like to understand families' experience of school and post-16 transport for children and young people with SEND (from September 2024).

We would like to know more about what is working well and where things can be improved so that we can work with Wokingham Borough Council to improve SEND School Transport. We will compare the results to previous transport surveys. Last years results are available on our website here SEND Transport Survey 23/24

SEND Voices Wokingham will write a report and feed the results back to the Local Authority teams working on home to school transport and SEND Improvement. All responses will be anonymous.

The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete. Please complete a separate survey for each child using SEND home to school transport.
