We will be hosting the Local Offer Live 2024 - Family Information & Fun Day on Saturday 12th October 2024 at St Crispin's School Leisure Centre, London Road, Wokingham RG40 1SR.

Due to overwhelming demand last year, we will be running 2 sessions again this year. Your family can book either 10.30am - 12.30 (morning) or 1.00pm - 3.00pm (afternoon) session tickets.


Ticket Booking:

This event is open anyone living in the Wokingham Borough who has a child or young person aged 0-25 years with any special educational need or disability (SEND), including those who are on waiting lists for diagnoses. It is FREE to attend (please book a ticket for the morning or afternoon session for everyone in your family attending including children & young people).

Wokingham Borough Council:
Early Years, Home to School Transport, SEND Service (including SEND Team, Local Offer & Post-16), Preparing for Adulthood (for those moving to Adult Social Care), FIRST, ASSIST, Short Breaks, HAF Programme and Wellbeing Hub.

Health:
CAMHS (Getting Help), Neurodiversity Assessement Teams (Autism and ADHD), School Nurse, CYPIT

Charities, Activities & Support Groups:
Family Fund, Wokingham Carers Partnership, Promise Inclusion, ASD Family Help, SEND Voices Wokingham, SENDIASS, Camp Mohawk, Dingley’s Promise, Me2 Club/ Say Yes Youth Forum, Addington School Association, Optalis, CLASP, Arc Counselling, Autism Berkshire, Parenting Special Children, Route to Recruit, Make/Sense Theatre, Swings & Smiles, Mind, Thrive, Healthwatch and an Information stand with information from other providers who are unable to join us.

There will also be activities to keep the children entertained including Berkshire Reptile Encounters, face painting, and circus skills with Circus Scene. FREE tea, coffee, squash and cake will also available (and we will be happy to refill your own personal reusable cup or bottle).
