The way in which schools are funded for children with SEN has already changes (Apr 2013), but the law has not yet changed. This document shows how schools are now funded:

We at REACH Wokingham are already working with the Local Authority on the development of the ‘Local Offer’, and a wider consultation with all parents will be following shortly.

There will be other pieces of work based on the other areas of the legislation which we will shortly be working on. Examples of this are how the assessment process will work and be carried out, what an Education, Health and Care plan will look like, how personal budgets will work.
