For a short half-term it has certainly been very busy!
PINS - Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools
The PINS Project is now well underway. PINS is a national initiative which aims to improve outcomes for neurodivergent children in mainstream schools by strengthening relationships between families, schools, and support services. In 2025/26, the PINS programme will be working with 30 primary schools across Wokingham Borough.

Your Voices Matters

A big thank you to all the parent carers from the 30 primary schools who took the time to complete our recent survey. Your feedback is vital and will help shape the menu of support that will be developed for schools.
We're now in the process of arranging parent engagement sessions at each school. Further details will be shared through the schools' usual communication channels.
Help us Update Wokingham's Co-production Charter
We are currently part of a multi agency group reviewing and updating Wokingham Area's Co-production Charter, and we'd love to hear your thoughts.
Co-production is all about working together – families, professionals, and services – to shape the support and services that affect our children and young people with SEND.
What does co-production mean to you? Some questions to think about:
- Have you felt listened to and included in decisions about the support or services your child receives?
- Were your views respected and taken seriously?
- What could be done better to make you feel more included in the future?
Please share your thoughts and feedback by emailing us at: info@sendvoiceswokingham.org.uk
