There are 2 things happening at the Royal Berkshire Hospital which affect children with disabilities:
- The hospital hydrotherapy pool is due to close on 31st March
- Dingley Children’s Centre in Craven Road has to move out by June this year because the Berkshire Health Foundation Trust has sold the site.
What do you think?
The Reading Families’ Forum, REACH Wokingham and West Berkshire Parent Carer Forum are parents like yourselves who work with families who have a child with a disability and/or special educational need and with service providers to improve services for our children.
We are working together and will write a report for the Clinical Commissioning Groups Childrens, Maternity, Mental Health and Voluntary Sector services (CMMV) Board about what families think.
To do this we need information from you.
If your child has used either the hydrotherapy pool or Dingley Children’s centre or if you have any views on these services for disabled children. Please complete the questionnaire: DINGLEYANDHYDROQUESTIONNAIRE . We will not identify individual families.
Please return to the form by Friday 27th January electronically to fran.morgan.rff@gmail.comor by post to 5 Carisbrooke Close, Caversham Reading RG4 6SB.
